Relating to Your Self

While we often think of relationships as being directed outwards, how we relate to our selves is a critical factor in the quality of those outward relationships.

A quick look in a dictionary reveals a vast vocabulary of ‘self’ words with huge implications for how we relate to others.

Since the days of Sigmund Freud we have tended to think of ‘self’ as the domain of therapists.

Here at Relational Coaching however, we are convinced that there are practical courses of action which can have powerful positive effects on our ‘self’ without the need for extended and expensive clinical intervention.

Relational Coaching can Help with –

  • self-actualisation
  • self-awareness
  • self-concept
  • self-confidence
  • self-discipline
  • self-expression
  • self-image
  • self-realisation
  • self-talk
  • self-worth

And along the way we will try to avoid –

  • self-absorption.
